License Agreement

Introduction
This License Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legal agreement between Asim Das, operating as RiveKit, and the user ("Licensee" or "you"). It governs the usage of digital products ("Item" or "products") accessible for purchase or download on the website www.rivekit.com.
Permitted Uses
Upon purchase or download of an Item, you receive an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to utilize the digital work under the conditions outlined in this Agreement. You are permitted to use the purchased Item to create unlimited End Products for yourself or your clients, comprising unique finished applications or websites.
Prohibited Uses
Sharing the Item link online or distributing it with public access is strictly prohibited. Redistributing the Item in a tool, template, or with source files, as well as permitting an end user of the End Product to extract and use the Item separately, are also prohibited.
Enforcement and Liability
The copyright of the Item is held by RiveKit. Unauthorized use may result in legal action, with financial liability for any violations. RiveKit's liability is limited to a refund of your purchase, and we disclaim responsibility for consequential damages related to Item use.

Returns and Refunds Policy
Notify us at asim@rivekit.com within 30 days for a full refund if you encounter significant issues with an Item. Refunds are not granted for changes of mind, and if issued, you agree to delete all files within 24 hours and refrain from using the Item in any projects.
